The Rusk County Sheriffs Office employs a Certified Texas Peace Officer that carries the title of Civil Process Server.  The Civil Process Server's function within the department and Rusk County is to serve any and all civil papers as needed.  This includes, but is not limited to, subpoenas, writs, and civil suit documents.
