Courthouse Bailiffs
The Courthouse Security Division is a segment of the Rusk County Sheriff's Office that is stationed within the Rusk County Courthouse. The Courthouse Security Division is designated to uphold security within the courthouse and the courtrooms within. Certified Texas Peace Officers titled as Deputy Bailiffs work in this division of the Rusk County Sheriff's Office. Deputy Bailiffs ensure that no breach of security or safety occurs on the courthouse grounds or during any and all trials that are held within the Rusk County Courthouse.
